WonderNighter Bikecamp
6:00PM

  • Overnight bike camp ride led by Tour Divide winner Christopher Seistrup and Billy McMillen
  • Route will be classic Thumb Butte Trails up to Thumb Butte Road
  • General camp location near Thumb Butte Rd, between Deer Trail/ Honeybucket and Sierra Prieta.
  • Be aware that overnight parking can be difficult to find. Plan accordingly
  • It will be up to participants to secure safe and permissible parking for their vehicle if they choose not to ride to the start point

Saturday (9/20)
Thumb Butte Parking lot
Wonderschlautt Epic Ride
8:00AM

  • Start and finish at Thumb Butte parking lot (Wonderschlautt Event location)
  • 22 miles with 2400 feet of gain
  • T318, Deer Blind, Ponytail, Moby, Quaky and Sparrow to name a few
  • Strong climbs and epic views
  • If you ride over 20 miles regularly and seek KOMs along the way, the pace will feel slow
  • If you rarely ride more than 20 miles and don’t like to climb, the pace will feel strong
  • The goal is a no drop ride that will return to the start by 11:30
  • Ebikes are not permitted on this ride

Ellie’s Ride

  • Start and finish at Thumb Butte parking lot (Wonderschlautt Event location)
  • 10 miles with 1000 feet of gain
  • T317, Willy Nilly, Sidekick and Javelina are all looped in
  • Reasonable climbs with twisty singletrack
  • Moderate no drop pace
  • Ebikes are not permitted on this ride

Britanny’s Ride
9:00AM

  • Start and finish at Thumb Butte parking lot (Wonderschlautt Event location)
  • 7 miles with 720 feet of gain
  • T316, Piglet, Firewater, Willow Creek, Ridgetop and more
  • Rolling climbs with some singletrack challenges
  • Party pace (no drop)
  • Ebikes are not permitted on this ride

Old Bridge Dells Trailhead
Hosking’s Ride
9:00AM

  • This is a Dells ride starting from the Old Bridge trailhead (off HWY89)
  • 12 miles with 1200 feet of gain
  • Various trails will be chosen depending on interest and ability
  • This is a technical ride for experienced riders looking to be challenged
  • Advanced tech skills required with many black diamond level sections
  • Ebikes are allowed on this ride

9:00 AM: Vendors and food setup

9:30 AM: Event begins. Pre-ordered shirts available for pickup

1:00 PM: Games begin

3:30 PM: Event ends
